Dispatch, Return & Exchange Policy

  • Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation.
  • Return & Refund: If you are not satisfied with your fragrance, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
  • Exchange: If you are not satisfied with your fragrance, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and can be exchanged for any other fragrance of your choice (subject to stock availability).
